Shopping Online 

How often do you receive new styles?

We receive new arrivals from all of our beautiful brands every week! So be sure to keep an eye on our new arrivals page and social media for updates. 

 

My discount code is not working.

Unless otherwise specified, only one discount or promotional code can be applied at a time. Please check that another code is not already applied to your cart. If you have ensured that the code is valid and entered correctly and it is still not working, please get in touch with us by emailing us at onlineshop@alteriormotif.com.au

 

The item I want to buy is sold out.

If the item you want to buy is unavailable, please get in contact with us to find out if we will be restocking the item or if our team can request the item to be ordered in for you. 

Please note that if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be purchased by other online customers until you have successfully completed your order. On the rare occasion that your order is completed but another successful order for the same item has gone through just before, we will be in contact with you immediately.

 

How long after purchase will my order be posted?

All online orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day will be posted that same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST, on weekends or public holidays will be posted on the following business day. Online orders with multiple items may have extended processing times.

 

How do I know what size I will be?

Our product descriptions feature sizing notes and model statistics to assist you in selecting the perfect size for you. If you have any sizing questions get in touch with us and our knowledgable staff will help you determine the best size for you.

 

Do you gift wrap?

Yes! Please select the gift wrapping option at checkout and we will gift wrap your purchase for an additional $3.00 and be sure to remove price tags.

 

The item I want to buy online is only available in store.

Some products are only available for purchase in our bricks and mortar stores. If the item you would like to purchase is labelled "available in store" and you are unable to visit us in store, then please get in contact with us via email including your contact details and the item you wish to purchase. We will contact you to arrange purchase over the phone.

 

Returns 

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, head over to our Returns Page to ensure your order meets the requirements, then email us at onlineshop@alteriormotif.com.au for a RA number and return instructions.

 

Can I return my online order to one of your stores?

We only accept online returns via mail to our head office. Our staff in store will not accept online order returns. Please get in contact with us for an RA# and return instructions. 

 

Gift Cards 

How do I purchase a gift card?

You can purchase an online gift card here. Simply enter in the required details and we will send a personalised gift card via email to the listed recipient.

 

How long is my credit note or gift card valid for?

Your online gift card is valid for 3 years.

 

I forgot to use the welcome code on my first order.

If you forgot to use your welcome code on your first order, it will still be valid for use towards your next online purchase with us. Unfortunately, we will not be able to apply this code to your order once it has been completed.

 

Payment 

What currency do you use?

All of our products are priced in AUD. Please note our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges upon entry to your country. You will be liable for any of these extra charges. Please refer to your country's government website for more information.

 

What payment types do you accept?

Alterior Motif accepts credit card, PayPal, AfterPay and zipPay for purchases made on our online store.

 

How does AfterPay work?

Afterpay allows a purchase to be paid for in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. Simply add your items to your cart and choose Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout. First time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

After you check out, the goods will be shipped to you by the merchant. At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise we will automatically deduct the instalments from your debit or credit card every fortnight.

Afterpay is available to all people who:

  • Live in Australia
  • Are over 18 year old
  • Are capable of entering into a legally binding contract
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase

Alterior Motif will happily offer you a credit note valid for 12 months for the full amount of your order including postage or a refund for the item returned minus postage. 

Refunds will be authorised from AfterPay. Future payments will be cancelled and any payments already made will be refunded to the amount authorised.

 

How does zipPay work?

zipPay is a 100% interest-free account, offering you the ability to buy now and pay later, on your terms. zipPay pays the retailer on your behalf and your purchase can be dispatched or taken home straight away. Choose a weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayment schedule. Once set up, payments will be taken automatically from your selected payment method, however, you can also make additional one-off payments at any time.

zipPay is available to all people who:

  • Live in Australia
  • Are over 18 year old
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • Use an Australian credit or debit card to make the purchase
