Please note - once items are dispatched from our store, we are not responsible for the journey of your parcel. Sometimes parcels go missing with Australia Post, and sometimes estimated time frames vary from the cut off dates due to unforeseen circumstances. It is something completely out of our control and we do not accept responsibility for delayed, lost or stolen parcels once they leave our premise.
