'Riise.' • A new event to the Sunshine Coast for women in business

Last month, A.M. captain Penny Lane was a guest speaker at a new event to the Sunshine Coast, 'Riise'.

Held at Pier 33 Mooloolaba, Riise. offers a platform for women in business to get together in a positive environment to learn, discuss, interact and network with likeminded locals.

Penny was joined on the guest speaking panel by Samantha Laine (founder of the event and talented photographer and film maker), Summer Daniels (the artist behind Little Rae Prints' beautiful wall decals) and Sarah McCarthy (founder of Sphere Collective, a high end bridal boutique).

The night was a huge success, leaving everyone feeling inspired. Words from Penny below...

It was such an honor to speak at the Riise event! This has been a huge positive for me, being able to speak openly about business journeys and personal journeys to a room full of epic femmes. Feeling their love and responses and appreciation for what it takes to be a working woman is powerful.. I reckon I get more out of it than anyone! It makes me reflect and appreciate my business and look at it from a different perspective. Damn, it’s good to be here and be present and stoked.
