Can I return my items at either of your stores?

Sorry! Items that are purchased online are not able to be returned into our brick and mortar stores. They must be returned through the online return process only. Please note that staff in store will not accept any returns this way under any circumstances. You must email to register any returns.


Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the site are inclusive of taxes and are shown in Australian dollars. The prices displayed on the site may change at any time.


Alterior Motif stock comes from all over the world, and we support growing local and independent designers so some sizes and styles are limited. Please note that some styles may sell out whilst you are making your purchase in which case we will happily refund your money immediately and offer a 10% discount on your next purchase as compensation! The possibility of this happening is extremely rare however, so no need to worry!

Credit notes / gift vouchers

Online credit notes and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and are only redeemable on our online store.

Can I pre-order?

Of course you can! Please email us on with the style you are hoping to secure and we will see if it is coming into stock for you. A deposit of 50% will be required to secure the item.

Do you layby online?

No we do not have a lay by facility for online purchases.
