Can I return my order to one of your stores?

Sorry! Items that are purchased online are not able to be returned into our brick and mortar stores. They must be returned through the online return process only. Please note that staff in store will not accept any returns this way under any circumstances. You must email onlineshop@alteriormotif.com to register any returns.

Can I pre-order a style?

Of course you can! Please email us on onlineshop@alteriormotif.com with the style you are hoping to secure and we will see if it is coming into stock for you. A deposit of 50% will be required to secure the item.

How long is my credit note valid for?

Online credit notes and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and are only redeemable on our online store.

The item I want to buy is sold out.


Alterior Motif stock comes from all over the world, and we support growing local and independent designers so some sizes and styles are limited. Please note that some styles may sell out whilst you are making your purchase in which case we will happily refund your money immediately and offer a 10% discount on your next purchase as compensation! The possibility of this happening is extremely rare however, so no need to worry!

My discount code is not working.

Unless otherwise specified, only one discount code/promotion can be applied at a time. Please check that another code is not already applied to your cart.
