Due to the current COVID-19 situation, Alterior Motif is open however we have some restrictions and safety regulations in place. This is for the safety of our staff, our customers and our community. 

  • A maximum of 4 customers will be allowed in the store at one time to support social distancing recommendations.
  • Customers will be asked to santise their hands upon entry to the store.
  • Please pracitse social distancing in store and remain 1.5m apart from each other.
  • If you feel unwell, we ask that you please visit us when you feel better.

Our hearts go out to those negatively affected, and we are doing our best to support our community and at the same time still bring you the shopping experience you know and love, safely and efficiently. 



Alterior Motif will still be fully operational online and all online orders are still being processed and sent out as normal at this point. There are some delays to express post and international services.



We offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $100. Orders will be posted on the following business day (Monday – Friday) from the date of purchase. You will receive an automated tracking email from Australia Post once your order is dispatched. At this stage Australia Post have not reported any delays to their domestic delivery services, however signature is no longer required. They have reported delays to their international delivery services and border closures stopping international deliveries to some countries. For more information, see here.



For customers local to the Sunshine Coast area, we are still offering in store pick up with prior arrangement. If you place an order and select in store pick up, we will contact you to arrange a time for you to come into store to collect.

We understand that returns within our 7 day timeframe may experience delays and we will absolutely re-assess the returns timeframe and offer extensions where required given the current global situation.
